My Name Is Fabulous

Hello, Friends! I'm glad you stopped by today, because it's Deconstructed Sketch time! I had a little break last week, but I'm back in action for this week's sketch #67! Yipee!
For my card I've used another FABULOUS ;) A la Mode stamp from My Favorite Things. I think what I love most about these stamps is the scale...I'm just drawn to the pettite girl with the big bottle of polish! Love it!

I hope that you will join us for sketch 67! This week we are saying goodbye to our sweet friends, Pam and Judy, but we're also overjoyed to be welcoming back Tracey!! Be sure to visit all the Sketch Girls to see how they've used this week's sketch. Have a great day!

Fields of Lavendar

Hi Friends!
Welcome to another week's Pink Elephant Challenge. This week the theme is THINKING OF YOU or SYMPATHY cards for TPE#163.

I made this card a little bit ago, but it's one of my absolute favorites. I've used one of the AMAZING digi stamps that I picked up from Arielle's WAX FRUIT COMPANY; it's a stamp simply called, Lavendar and it can be found HERE in the WFC store. The papers and button are Basic Grey, Indie Bloom and the sentiment is PTI.

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope that you'll join in on the fun this week over at The Pink Elephant Challenge Blog! Be sure and check out all the amazing color inspirations that Ella's Girls have for you!

Handmade Embellishments

Hi Friends!
It's Monday and I'm back with another challenge for The Pink Elephant!

For this week's challenge #162 the theme is Handmade Embellishments! Use any kind of hand crafted embellie on your card or project and link back to the TPE blog to share your creation with us!

For my card I've used some GORGEOUS hand crocheted flowers from two of my very talented friends, Carol and Michelle (thanks again, Ladies)! I wanted to make the flowers the focal point, so the only stamping I did was for the sentiment (Stampin Up). I put the background panel through my Cuttlebug for some texture and then tied a couple ribbons going through the middle.
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you'll play along with us at The Pink Elephant this week! In the meantime, check out what the rest of Ella's Girls have created for you!

Thank You

Hello, Friends!
I hope you're having a wonderful Thursday!

It's Deconstructed Sketch time again and we've got another Fabulous one for you this week!

For my card I've used an adorable Sugar Plum stamp from C.C. Designs for All That Scraps. This is one of the Emma stamps for the Take A Seat set. I've paired Miss Emma with papers from Cosmo Cricket Early Bird and sentiment from Stampin' Up. I also chose to go without any embellishments for this card. It's feels so strange to me, but I think I like it!

I hope that you will join us for sketch 65! Be sure to visit all the Sketch Girls to see how they've used this week's sketch. Have a great day!

Sisters

Hello, Friends!
I hope you're having a wonderful Thursday!

It's Deconstructed Sketch time again and we've got another Fabulous one for you this week!

For my card I've used a stamp from Art Impressions called Picture Perfect. My sweet friend, Maryann had sent me a card using this image and I knew I just HAD to have it. It reminds me so very much of a group of ladies that are nearest and dearest to my heart! And I also just love that these chicks are super hip to technology and are sporting an iPhone! The papers I paired with this immie are from My Mind's Eye, On the Bright Side, the ribbon is Papertrey Ink and the sentiment is from The Greeting Farm.

I hope that you will join us for sketch 64! Be sure to visit all the Sketch Girls to see how they've used this week's sketch. Have a great day!

Bella and Bronte

Hi Friends! Happy Tuesday!

I'm back with a fun little card I made for my swap group last month. My friend Barb, was the hostess and she picked FUN FOLD for the July theme.

While I LOVE this theme and I really enjoy seeing all the amazing folds people use, to be quite honest, I'm not very great at complex folds. I would like to blame it all on my Score-pal and say, perhaps mine wasn't made right, but alas, I think I am the problem! I can't tell you how many pieces of paper I go through trying to make folds work! Haha. I think I'm highly dysfunctional in the area of scoring and folding. :) But after many attempts and trying different things, I settled on the card that you see. It started out as a combo of two folds but it ended up being mostly a Gate Fold.:)

I used a Mo Manning stamp called Bella and Bronte and paired her with papers from Me and My Big Ideas (both gifts from a dear, dear friend of mine). Bella and Bronte are colored in Copics and matched with a button from Basic Grey. Oh and the sentiment is not part of this set, but came from a Kanban set (I think I got it fromthe Sugar Nellie store online).

Thanks for stopping by to take a look! Have a wonderful day!
