Yay!! The new sets at The Greeting Farm have arrived!! I couldn't wait to show you Down by the Pond. This whole set is so adorable (gotta love that froggie!) but I'm especially drawn to the turtle. For as long as I can remember turtles have been my favorite animal. And as I think about the story of the tortoise and the hare, I can't help but think I relate more to the tortoise. Slow and steady, kinda puttering along...and also crawling into my shell when I'm intimidated or need alone time :) Plus, turtles (although slightly wrinkly) are just so darn cute!!
I hope you enjoy today's card and thanks SO much for stopping by!
Deets:
Stamps: The Greeting Farm, Down by the Pond
Paper: Basic Grey, Euphoria; Caertainly Celery, Purely Pomegranate, Bashful Blue, Mat Stack Turquoise, Watercolor Paper

ReplyDeleteAh, turtles. Aside from the salmonella, what's not to love? :D
I am big into my shell...in Jr. High I had a teacher tell me to come out of my shell (very shy, new school in a new state), but then by the end of the year, he told me it was okay if I went back in a little! LOL! He was my fave teacher.
I hope you get some kind of commission, because you are totally tempting me, gf!
