Leaves are Turning

I have all these wonderful Stampin' Up! sets in my craft closet that I just HAD to have when the cattys came out. I'm so fond of them but I often forget that I have them. This set is one of my faves because I LOVE trees so much, especially in Autumn when the leaves change color and begin to blanket the ground. So in honor of this season (that is quickly passing by), I present today's card; Just Because.
I hope you have a Wonderful Wednesday and I thank you SOOOO much for popping in to check out my card.
Hugs, kadie

  1. Hehe that's funny Kadie, because I saw the thumbnail of your card and immediately thought 'That's her favorite tree again!' :) It is such a dreamy tree. I think we all used Mary's papers again this week! :D

  3. Oh, Kadie, this is one of my favorite stamp sets, too, and it's getting so hard for me to get back to the more simplistic stamped things that don't need watercoloring. Do you have trouble with that too? I forget how beautifully simplistic some of these stamps are, and now I want to dig my tree set out and play!! Thanks for the inspiration!!

  4. I LOVE trees too and my set has yet to see ink. This is fabulous inspiration! I like how you did the distressing and the corners. The paper that the image is on really gives a nice texture to the image.

  5. Beautiful colors, Kadie, and love the twine tied at the bottom. Fall is passing too quickly! We're supposed to get snow soon! Yikes!

  8. That is so funny bc I was JUST telling my DH that if we have time this weekend and I can get a bit caught up (haha) I would love to spend some time with my stamps that I first got hooked on and never use! This card is BEAUTIFUL! Great idea!
