Smile!
Some days are harder than others. Some days are more exciting than others. Some days are pretty much the same and some days hold something to look forward to. I've found that whatever the day, no matter if it's a boring Wednesday workday or a thrilling fun-filled weekend, there is always something that will make me smile. What has made you smile today? Maybe you're still waiting...it'll be there, you'll see. Sending all my peeps a big ginormous hug today--you always make me smile!

Happy Friday to You!
There has been something fun happening over at The Greeting Farm on Fridays for a few weeks now and I think it's going to continue! The Farm Fresh Friday (Challenges).
This Friday the challenge is to use 3 different stamps from TGF and incorporate them into one card. Sounds easy, eh? Well, I found this challenge to be a lot harder than I thought!
But I did actually managed to use stamps from 4 different TGF sets. AND the first person to correctly name all 4 sets will get a little giftie from me! Thanks for playing and I hope you have a Fantastic Weekend!

Tiny Happiness
Some of you may not know this, but The Greeting Farm always releases stamps two times each month. The 1st is for new TGF stamps and the 15th is for anything Anya/Ian related. These cuties, of course, are also TGF but are set apart...they even have their own blog! How cool is that? So, if you didn't know before, now you do. Check out Club Anya here for DT examples of the new Anya and Ian stamps. And those releases are available here today.
My card for you today uses the Oh Baby set. I just love it! It has all things baby and is so much fun. I have been patiently waiting for a TGF baby set...bet you have too :)

No Layers Challenge
It's Friday!! Wahooooooooooooooo! Weekend! Weekend!
AND if you're up for a challenge, there's a fun one going on over at The Greeting Farm and the prize is very generous!
The challenge is to create a card without layers. It's a lot of fun to play with ideas for this one. In fact, if you want some ideas just check out the DT examples...it's awesome how everyone has such different and creative ideas for the same project guidelines! I made two cards hoping to choose one over the other (that's why Sing is dressed the same in both) but in the end I couldn't decide which one I liked better. Maybe you can help me decide. Vote for which of these two layouts/cards you like better and a lil giftie will be given to a random voter. THANKS!! Hope to see you play along at TGF!

Time to Play
CLOSED: AND......drumroll......the WINNER is Carisa!!
Carisa said: I love stamping b/c it relieves stress for me. After a long week or a long day, I know I can sit down, stamp an image, color it up and calm my mind for a moment. It gives me great joy to see a really beautiful card come together.
I couldn't agree more, Carisa.
Congratulations! Thanks to all for playing!!
Thinking of You
Hellooooooo and happy Thursday!
Today's card was meant to follow a sketch that I had printed off my computer and have been contemplating...but then I started to deviate. And when I went back to add the elements the sketch called for, I was already in love with this layout too much to comprimise.
For this card I used Day Dreamer from my set of Sugar Nellie Leanne Ellis stamps. This is very much how I grew up...always a dreamer...always thinking of the world outside my window and very curious about how people think, feel and differ from one another. I love this cutie patootie image. Oh and if you're curious as to whether or not I overdid it with the distress ink...nope, none, the patterned paper comes distressed already. :) Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: Sugar Nellie, Leanne Ellis Day Dreamer, Amuse sentiment
Paper: Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday-Tuesday, Whisper White

Hey Pops!
It's the middle of the week already and I LOVE it!! Things are breezing by. For today's card I cased the Fabulous Amy Wegener and used this super fun digi stamp called "Gramps" that I picked up over at Little Paper Shop. I so wish I had an older brother because this would be a perfect card to give him for Father's Day...and joke about his age. Still thinking about the perfect sentiment though. Feel free to throw me ideas. I was thinking "Hey Pops!" on the inside.
Hope you have a fun day!

Aloha!
Hi there! I have a card to show you today, but I almost didn't. Funny thing...I finished this card up over the weekend and was happy with it for the most part. But then something kept nagging at me. There was just something that was bugging me but I couldn't put my finger on it. Has that ever happened to you? Well, I couldn't bring myself to scrap the whole thing because I'm a firm believer that anything can be remedied and there's no sense in throwing away hours of work. So I took it home again last night (had brought it to work for it's photo shoot) and lo and behold brought it back today slightly altered. And now kadie is happy. :) Thanks for listening. haha. Have a great Tuesday!

There has been a sketch challenge going on over at The Greeting Farm and today's card is my go at that sketch. There's still time to play too, but you better hurry! This is a dual card challenge--not only is there an awesome sketch for your layout but there is also a no color requirement. Black, White and Gray scale are your shades of choice!

Viva la Purple!
Oh, I'm so happy it's Friday!! Yipee!
My card for you today features the adorable Snuggle from TGF. I know it seems I've been doing a lot of purple lately and it's not intentional. It's funny because purple used to be my fave color when I was growing up and now I never even think of it. But, LOL since I have 2 blue Copics, 2 purples, two reds and two greens...I used purple on this lil darlin.
The layout was inspired by this weeks Mojo Monday 89 sketch.
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking a look at my card. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ! Ohhhhhh be sure to stop by TOMORROW for a special surprise!!

Gorjuss Fun
Hi Friends! Happy Wednesday!
Okay, so Monday I shared that I recently got a few Copics and have been playing around with them. I still only have a few so my color choices are limited, but it worked out that I had all the right colors to match this Basic Grey Wisteria paper, which I am so in love with! My friend Tammy was so sweet to send me some Sugar Nellie Gorjuss Girl images and then I just had to have more, so I bought the second set. Last night I went to town coloring up these cuties!! I think I may need more Copics...I better start saving my moolah.
The card I have for you today was created using the Spoon Full of Sugar Tuesday sketch 54. I think my card might need something else, but I'm not sure what...another challenge is what I think! Have you checked out Danni's blog this week? She has awesome Flutterby Wednesday's. Thanks to my friend, Carolyn for pointing out that this card fits for Danni's fun challenge too! Who doesn't love butterflies?
Oh and I also couldn't help but include a little pic of a couple more images I colored up. I'm addicted to these Copics, I tell ya!!
Have a FAB day!

Snuggling Up
Snuggling up with a Good Book, that is! I decided that for my first project using Snuggle from The Greeting Farm's Hope and Grace line that I was going to do something different. I was looking at this image and thinking about how she's probably getting ready for bed and is going to have a story read to her. I like to read before bed sometimes too. So this project ended up being a bookmark. Funny how I had the papers and the image and the glue on my table and then poof a bookmark appeared. :) Wouldn't that be the best! LOL.
Have a Great day everyone! Be sure to check out TGF tomorrow, I hear there's going to be a contest.

Flower Power
Hi Everyone!
Today is release day over at The Greeting Farm and boy has Marie and the team got some CUUUUUUTE stuff this month!! I love them all, but my personal fave is this lil girlie from the Hope and Grace line...she's called Peace!
The instant I saw this stamp I thought VW bus and I wasn't sure how I could pull that off but then I got a stroke of inspiration and decided to just draw it! This card was SUCH a blast, not only because of the bus but it was also my very first image colored entirely with Copics! I know, I know...what took me so long?? LOL. I must admit I've been a bit afraid to venture down the Copic alley because I think it takes a real eye for shading to use them (which I do Not have) and also it takes some buckeroos, if you know what I mean...those babies are spendy! But I got a few and I played a bit...and I like them...
Hope you all have a great Sunshiney Day and how could I leave without saying a HUGE Congratulations to my dear friend MARY in making the Summer DT for TGF!!! YAY!!
