Can You Dig It?

Hello Friends! Happy Wednesday!

A couple of us thought we would celebrate making it to the middle of the week, with a little humor! So it's time for another round of cards kits between my good friends Mary, Sandra and I.
Mary sent us this wonderfully fun kit several months ago and I guess we all just had to wait for the right mojo to come to us. :) Actually, truth be told, I needed Mary herself to come visit me IRL to finally inspire my card to come together! Yep, it's true, Mary paid me and The Rainy City a visit this last week and we had an absolute blast! We even had one full day without rain, can you believe it?

Okay, back to my card...
Inside the kit this time, was this super fun stamp from Doodle Factory/Starving Artist...Zed, from the Creatures II line. We also had 4 of the hilarious sentiments to chose from. I couldn't help it...just had to go with the classic nose picking one. :)
The fun papers are from Prima and then we had an array of fun embellishments to play with as well. Oh and I also decided to try out a new wood grain background stamp that I bought at Impress when Mary and I went "sight seeing." :)

And that's my card! I hope you "dig" it! It's so much fun to exchange card kits, because there's always so many different ideas that people come up with. It just amazes me! Please pop over and see how Mary and Sandra have used their kits and thanks SO MUCH for stopping by today!
Hugs,
kadie

Trick or Treat

Hiya!
How are you on this fine Wednesday? It really is a great Wednesday for me because it's my last day of work before vacation!! Woohoo!! Me and the Hubs will be celebrating 5 years of marriage and are taking a few days off to get out of the city.

Before I go outta town though, I have a card for you today! So many fun Halloween stamps are popping up all over the Web (haha, pun intended), it's really gotten me in the trick or treat mood. My card for you today features a new stamp from the Ghoulies set at Starving Artist Stamps/Doodle Factory. His name is Frankie. When I first saw this stamp, I thought he would be perfect for a get well card. LOL---'heard you were feeling blue' or something along those lines. He's just such a cute little guy and looks like he's ready to send out some sympathy! But in the end, when I had the elements of this card all together, the sentiment didn't seem to fit as well. BUT that's okay, because I was TOTALLY in a trick or treat mood. :)

The paper on this card is My Minds Eye Boo to You, the button is Basic Grey, the ribbon is SU! and the sentiment is Amy R from All that Scraps.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I just might have another card for you on Friday (even though I'll be chillaxin by the pool). Hope you're having a great week!

Rock on!

Hello Everyone!
The Greeting Farm is all a buzz this week!
And today we're kicking off sneaks of the stamps that will be released on the 1st of February. You may have noticed Club Anya and Friends showcasing some of the rubber that will be coming and today the Farmers and the Critter Crew are here to showcase the digital FABulousness!
Don't forget too...there's also a surprise around the corner scheduled for February 14th!

Today TGF is proud to present the new additions to the Chibi line...all cute boys this time, illustrated by the talented Jessica Hymas. Also new to the digital collection are three new dynamite digis by Marina Neira!

My card today features Rockout Chibi! I think all the Chibi boys are soooo fun but this little guy won my heart instantly. Right away I thought of jumping on my bed singing into my hair brush! This is going to date me a bit...but do you remember that song Rock On by the Soap Opera Star Michael Damian? I know this Rocker chibi would have waaaaaaaay cooler music on his ipod, but the first song that came to my mind was him jumping onto that bed jammin to "Rock On!" LOL!

Thanks so much for stopping by today. Be sure to check out the AMAZING samples from the other TGF Farmers and Critter Crew!
Tomorrow we'll be back with some more sneaks---available in rubbah! See you then!

It's Magic

Hellooooo Friends!!
Happy Monday! Actually, I can't believe it's Monday already! The weekend goes by so fast sometimes!
Did you see what's going on at TGF?? There is a free digi/card relay!! Pick up the free Mer-man Ian from Sunday's post, create a card with him and submit it by 6pm CST today and you'll get the Wild Sprout Charlotte digi shown on today's post to continue on in the next leg of the relay! TGF comes up with the funnest stuff! Check it out!

Now, onto today's card! I got the coolest package in the mail last week filled with Starving Artist/Doodle Factory stamps. Then on Friday afternoon I was squirming in my desk at work just waiting for punch out time so I could go home and ink them up! I started with this adorable little Earwick the Wise and decided to go for another non-traditional day of Love card. I had a thought that I could go for a get well card too since I'd colored him green, but in the end decided on L-O-V-E. :)
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope your week is Grand!

Sneaky Sketch #8

Happy Monday, indeed!
Did you have a fantastic Christmas? I'm visiting my in-laws and certain to be having a wonderful time (love that auto-post) and I'm sneakin' one in on you! A sneak peek that is...of this cutie Sprout named Chelsea that will be released on January 1 at The Greeting Farm! Yipee!
Do you recognize her? That's right, she's one of Amy Young's ADORABLE Sprout designs from the Design My Sprout contest a few months ago. Yay Amy!! There are 4 sprouts in this month's collection and they will be showcased this week by the entire TGF team (Club Anya and the Farmers)! Also being previewed today is the sentiment set TALK LOUD (look for it on my card tomorrow...silly me). This awesome sentiment set has super fun phrases that are sure to make your cards pop! Something else I used for my card today was today's sketch in the 12 days of sketches. I designed this card as an encouragement for when life gets too busy (or noisy!) or to give to someone who needs a good break from it all.
If you like this sneak you might want to stop by tomorrow for another one!! Also, there's a few new Farmers on the Farm!! Yipee!! Welcome (back) Mary, Randi and Melyssa! Be sure to stop by the TGF blog and give them a warm welcome!!
