Hi Friends!
It's challenge time over at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps! And challenge #69 is another two week challenge. This time it's another fun sketch by our very own Kim Yu! I always LOVE working with Kim's sketches. All you have to do is use any SCRS stamp of your choice to create a card or project inspired by this layout and then submit your creation to the SCRS gallery for your chance to win!
For my card I've used Rin and Snowman and paired her with papers from Cosmo Cricket. I colored Rin with Copic Markers and used some Tim Holtz Distress Ink for the border shading. The pearls are Kaisercraft and the ribbon is American Crafts.
We'd love for you to play along in this week's challenge! Oh and I do have to mention that I mirror-imaged this sketch when I created my card--you probably noticed :) You can flip it any which way that works for you when you make your card or project! One challenge participant will win a stamp from SCRS! Be sure to pop over to the Sparkle Creations Blog and check out all the sketchy inspiration!! Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT Tuesday!!

Hi Friends!
I hope your Tuesday is off to a great start!
I'm back with a couple more cards from my encouragement set for By LORi Designs! I have one more after this, but I may give you a little something something different to look at next week. :) As I said last week, I'm working on a little note card set with different verses to uplift and each with their own BLD Puddle Jumper to make your heart smile! You can see my other two note cards HERE and HERE.
Besides using the ADORABLE PJ's Dana, Piper and Noah for these card (that are now available in the BLD Digi Shop), I've decided to make each of these note cards to be very much like each other. And with such poignant sentiments (Bible verses) and sweet sweet stamps, it makes sense to go truly CAS (clean and simple) and draw attention to the stamps alone.
I'm hoping that these cards will bring a smile to your face today!
Be sure to check out what my fellow Lollipop Girls have for you today over at the BLD Blog!
Have a GREAT DAY and I'll see you on Thursday!
Stamps: By LORi Designs, Puddle Jumpers Winter Dana, Party Piper and Party Noah, PTI sentiments
Cardstock: SU Bermuda Bay, Dusty Durango

Thankful for Everything Fall
Hi Friends!
It's Monday and the Gals over at The Pink Elephant are popping in with challenge #126 to Give Thanks this week and share some things that inspire us! I love love love the FALL! It's my favorite time of year. It's an incredible sight to see all the leaves in bright reds, oranges and yellows and it always brings a smile to my face. I love that it changes to sweaters and scarves season too!
For my card today I've used Indian Tia, a brand new digi from Some Odd Girl. And I just couldn't resist using those FAB Fall Pyrus papers again from Basic Grey, as well as the ribbon from SU Dusty Durango. Tia is colored in Copics and the sentiment is from Amy R stamps for All That Scraps.
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope that you and yours have a wonderful week as you enjoy time with loved ones and think about all the things you "give thanks" for! Be sure and check out all the amazing inspirations that Ella's Girls have for you over at The Pink Elephant Challenge Blog!!

Oliver vs Josh
Hi Friends!
It's challenge time over at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps! And challenge #68 is another two week challenge. This time we're issuing a Team Oliver vs. Team Josh challenge, in honor of the new Twilight movie coming out this Friday.
I don't know about you, but I personally think both Oliver and Josh are cutie pies, so you don't really need to make an allegiance for this challenge, you just need to pick either Oliver or Josh and make a card or project using that stamp. :)
For my card I've used Caroling Josh and paired him with papers from Echo Park Paper. I colored Josh with Copic Markers and used some Tim Holtz Distress Ink for the border shading. The buttons are Basic Grey Jovial and the ribbon is SU Real Red.
We'd love for you to play along in this week's challenge! One challenge participant will win a stamp from SCRS! Be sure to pop over to the Sparkle Creations Blog and check out all the sketchy inspiration!! Thanks for stopping by and have a GREAT Tuesday!!

Autumn Is One of MFT!
Hi Friends!
It's Monday and you know what that means...a new challenge over at The Pink Elephant!
This week for TPE#125, we're challenging you to do some EMBOSSING on your card or project. All you have to do is show us some form of the embossing technique (heat emboss or dry emboss) and then upload your project to Mr. Linky.
AND this week we are sponsored by My Favorite Things Stamps so you could win a $25 Gift Certificate to the store and pick out some of these adorable stamps of your very own, just for participating!
For my card I've used both heat and dry emboss. All of my images are heat embossed and that includes the super duper cute a la mode Sweetest Pumpkin in the Patch stamp and sentiment from MFT! And then I embossed PTI patterned paper on the front of the card with the Cuttlebug Pumpkin Harvest emboss folder. I tried to get a few pics up close to show the embossing, but of course the camera is more difficult at catching these details, than the eye can see in person! I colored both of the pumpkins on my card (the one on the front is from the SU Give Thanks Set), using Copics and the ribbon is SU Dusty Durango.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope that you'll join in on the fun this week over at The Pink Elephant Challenge Blog! Be sure and check out all the amazing MFT inspirations that Ella's Girls have for you!

Aloha!
Hello and HAPPY HAPPY Friday!
Today I have a preview of the brand new Karber Rubber stamp set that will be available at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps in just a few short days!
Karber's Millie is going to Hawaii!! Sounds good to me! Actually, I just returned to Seattle after visiting Florida and it's quite the shock to my system coming back to 35-40 degree weather! I could use a little bit of the ALOHA spirit (and weather) that Millie is shaking our way today!
This new set come with 4 stamps and 2 sentiments and they are all on clear poly.
For my card I've paired Hawaii Kawaii Millie with papers from My Mind's Eye Six By Six: A Beautiful Life paper pad and a bit of hand stitching.
Be sure to visit all rest of the SCRS designers for more peeks of Karber Hawaii Kawaii Millie. Sparkle will be giving away this Karber set to one lucky person! For a chance to win, you need to comment on all of the designer's blogs (list below). Then head on over to the SCRS blog and comment on the Karber post. You have until midnight EST each day to comment. The lucky winner will be announced the following day!

CAS Encouragement
Please click HERE for the current Sparkle Creations Challenge. Thanks!
Hi Friends!
I hope your Tuesday is off to a great start!
I'm back with another fun card for By LORi Designs! LORi has a TON of wonderful new digi stamps in the store and a few of our Winter favorites have just made their way on over to the store as well! Here is Puddle Jumper Landon with a special message to encourage you today!
Things have started to get a little colder around here and we're getting out our scarves and mittens (and peppermint mochas or eggnog lattes), so I thought it entirely appropriate for me... to go some place warmer! LOL! While this card is posting and giving off thoughts of encouragement through the chilly, winter days, God has blessed me with a very much needed (and anticipated) vacation! Sunny skies, here I come :) Wooooohoooooo!
Besides using the ADORABLE PJ Landon for this card (that is now available in the BLD Digi Shop), I've decided with such a poignant sentiment (Bible verse) and sweet sweet stamp, that I would go truly CAS (Clean and Simple) with this one. I've also used my very last piece of SU Kraft cardstock. Sniffle sniffle. But it was soooooo worth it!
I'm hoping that this card will bring a smile to your face today!
Be sure to check out what my fellow Lollipop Girls have for you today over at the BLD Blog!
Have a GREAT DAY and I'll see you on Thursday!

Deconstructed Whimsie Doodles
Hello and Happy Thursday!
I have two things to say today:
Damian was finally on Glee! Woohooo! :) (I had to throw that in there)
And I'm back with another super fun Deconstructed Sketch Challenge! Yipee!!
This week's sketch #26 is Sponsored by Whimsie Doodles and it was SO FUN to get to play with these SUPER CUTE stamps! For my card I've used Nuts About You and paired this darling fairy and punny sentiment with papers from My Mind's Eye paper pad and buttons from Basic Grey (Curio). I've colored this cutie in Copics and brushed her wings with diamond Stickles for a little sparkle.
Whimsie Doodles is so excited to be sponsoring the new challenge! In March of 2009 Melyssa Connolly, artist and owner, began turning her whimsical hand-drawn images into digital files for sale online. Whimsie Doodles' digital stamp line features images that range from cute little boys and girls, to punny stuff, and everything in-between. We enjoy sharing lots of samples on our company blog, where we also post challenges and tutorials.
A special offer for Deconstructed Sketch fans - use the discount code Decon10 at the Whimsie Doodles online store and receive 10% off your next order! Code expires 30 days from today.
YAY!!! Thank you so much to Whimsie Doodles for sponsoring us today and for offering such a special treat to all of our fans!
Thanks so much for stopping by and be sure to check out how all the Sketch Girls have used sketch 26 and Whimsie Doodles!
