If Mamma Ain't Happy

Hi Friends! Happy Tuesday!

I wanted to pop in and share a little card that I made for a new friend of mine, who shared that The Greeting Farm's Creeper Wednesday was her favorite of those FUN Creeper Crew stamps!

I paired Creeper Wednesday with papers from (none other than) My Mind's Eye, melon ribbon from PTI, button from Making Memories and sentiment from There She Goes, Domestic Goddess.

I had so much fun making this card. It seems that whenever I pull out one of these cuties and get him or her inked up, I can't help but be inspired!

Thanks for stopping by and have a winderful day!!

Just For You

Hello, Friends! I hope your Thursday is off to a great start!
It's that time again! Are you ready to join in on the fun for Deconstructed Sketch #53?
I hope you'll say yes, because it's another FAB sketch! I love ALL the sketches, but this one was super fun for me. I think I've decided that there's just something I love about using both circles and rectangles in a layout.

For this week's sketch I'm continuing my renewed love affair with the TGF Creeper Crew ...it's been far toooooo long since I've inked up my Creepers! This is Creeper Tyler and I've paired him with these AWESOME papers that a dear friend of mine sent me for my bday. I also jazzed up my card with buttons from Basic Grey, some dry embossing from my Cuttlebug and diamond Stickles on the face of the bass. Now Tyler's ready to ROCK ON!

I hope that you will join us this week for sketch 53! And be sure to visit all the Sketch Girls to see how they've used this week's sketch. Have a great weekend!

Hello, Friends! I hope your Thursday is off to a great start!
It's that time again! Are you ready to join in on the fun for Deconstructed Sketch #52?
I hope you'll say yes, because it's another FAB sketch!

For this week's sketch I've decided to get into my TGF Creeper Crew stash...it's been far toooooo long since I've played with one of these cuties! This is Creeper Madden and I've paired her with papers and buttons from Basic Grey Konnichiwa (I think this is my new favorite paper!), ribbon from Amuse Studio and sentiment from There She Goes. Oh and it's hard to see in the picture, but Madden's sneakers and t-shirt sparkle with Stickles! Yay! I do love me some sparkle! :)

I hope that you will join us this week for sketch 52! And be sure to visit all the Sketch Girls to see how they've used this week's sketch. Have a great weekend!

Just a Note

Hi Friends!
It's Monday again and you know what that means, another fun challenge over at The Pink Elephant!

The theme for TPE #131 this week is YOUR FAVORITE COLORs. All you have to do is incorporate YOUR favorite color palette into a card or project and share it with us over at TPE by uploading your project to Mr. Linky.

For my card I've used my fave color combo of these particular shades of red, blue, teal and green. I found this perfect combo of colors in the Echo Park Times and Seasons pack. AND I've been super jazzed to get inky with the Creeper Sunday Stamp from the Greeting Farm, so when I saw this mustache paper thrown into the EP pack, a little mischievous idea was born. :)

Thanks so much for stopping by today and I hope that you'll join in on the fun this week over at The Pink Elephant Challenge Blog! Be sure and check out all the amazing inspirations that Ella's Girls have for you!

True Colors

Hello, Friends!

Wow, my day has gotten off to a roaring start! LOL! First my alarm doesn't go off and I wake up (thanks to my dear, sweet dog), at exactly the time I should be walking out the door! Then I get to work and see that my post for today has posted, but without any words! Nice. :) The rest of the day should be cake from here on out!

Soooooo, without further adieu, here is my card for this week's edition of the Deconstucted Sketch Challenge!!

I was so excited because, while it's the first sketch of June (hard to believe it's June already!!), that's means this challenge is sponsored. AND we're sponsored by none other than my old alma mater (heehee), The Greeting Farm!! It felt so good to be makin a TGF card again! I know I've snuck in a few here and there, but this one is extra special. For this card I've used Creeper Crew Abbey and Basic Grey Lauderdale papers. I didn't intend for this card to be reminscent of Cyndi Lauper, but it just kinda evolved into that and I love it!!

TGF is offering up an AMAZING prize for one lucky participant this week, and that's the ENTIRE JUNE RELEASE! Wow!

I hope you'll join us! Be sure and check out all the incredible TGF inspiration that the Deconstructed Girls have for you this week!

Birthday Girl!

Hi There!
How are you on this fine Tuesday?
I hope your day is off to a great start!

I'm back with another fun Challenge for Claudia and Company.

This time Tanya has challenged us to create Girlie Birthday cards! And a very Happy 4th Birthday to Tanya's sweet DD!!
For this BIRTHDAY Challenge, the DT has had a blast getting to showcase some of the fun papers that Claudia has in the store!

For my card today I've used papers from the Playground Sampler Pack by Echo Park Papers. I really wanted to showcase the papers in a fun way, but also draw attention to the adorable Creeper Jill from The Greeting Farm. Jill kinda reminds me of Rizzo from Grease or maybe Cha-Cha. :) I LOVE these Creepers!!

I hope you'll join us for this challenge. I can't wait to see what you create! You can find most of the elements I've used for my card (including the cardstock) HERE in the Claudia and Company Store.

Be sure and check out what the rest of the DT have to share for Springtime Inspiration today! Thanks again for stopping by!

You're My Kind of Cool

Hello There!
I hope this post finds your Monday off to a nice start.
Thanks so much to those of you who sent me a message and/or sent up some prayers for my sweet pup, Charlie. He was able to have his surgery on Thursday and we brought him home Friday. We've discovered that it's a very long process of recovery though and it's extremely hard to keep a dog from moving about...especially when he thinks he's all okay now! And Charlie, it seems, is a sly one...he keeps taking off his cone! baaaad! Anyway, that's the update on Charlie. Thanks again for thinking of us over the weekend.

The card I have for you today features another of those awesome Creeper Crew kids (or two) from The Greeting Farm. This is Creeper Noah. But as I was looking at the rest of the "gang" I thought, hey, I bet Noah would love to try on Creeper Harlow's beanie and goggles! So, I gave it a whirl. :) Noah is a hip, slightly androgynous, earth-loving kind of guy; so I decided to pair him with this new Salt Air paper from Cosmo Cricket. I also chose to go with one of my all time fave layouts that I originally cased from a card my dear friend, Sandra sent to me.

The Creeper Crew set is back in stock at Claudia and Company right now or available April 1st at TGF. Woohoo!! To check out more of my Creeper Crew creations, click here.

I'll see you back here tomorrow for "Inspiration Tuesday" with Claudia and Company!!

Recipe for a Whole Lot of Cuteness!

Happy Tuesday and welcome to another fun-filled challenge over at Claudia and Company!
Your challenge, should you chose to accept it (heehee, couldn't resist), is to create a card using this RECIPE:
2 or more Patterned Papers+Buttons+Ribbon+Stitching+Scallops+Sentiment+Circles

Phew! You got all that? :) Well, I'm hear to tell you, that's it's easier than it sounds. In fact, once I sat down to pour these ingredients into my card, I end up with TWO cards! But just in case you needed a little more to get your mojo going...there's a totally fab prize for the winner of this challenge (see the Claudia and Company Blog for details).

For my first card I've used Creeper Leslie from the new Greeting Farm Creeper Crew set. Oh my goodness, the Creepers have always been my favorites at TGF, but this set is beyond CUTE!! I love Leslie's curly pigtails and well worn ball cap. For this card I grabbed the Jillibean Soup Dutch Mustard Papers and paired those with some May Arts Wrinkle Ribbon, Basic Grey Kioshi Buttons and So Random Sentiment.

For my second card, I went ahead and used the same layout, but this time changed it up by using the Echo Park Paper Little Girl Sampler Pack. Oh and of course, I colored up another adorable Creeper!! This is sassy Sasha. I just get such a kick out of her boots and those gorgeous eyes! For this card, I've also used some May Arts Mesh Ribbon, Basic Grey Kioshi Buttons and So Random Sentiment. I also gave Sasha some little barrets, using Stickles. Oh these stamps are so much fun!

You can find all the cool products I've used in the Claudia and Company store. You may have to wait a little bit to get your hands on these Creepers though. I've heard there's a waiting list. But in the mean time you can pop over and check out the "new additions" featured below. AND don't forget to check out this week's challenge and all the FANTASTIC inspiration provided by
Piali, Jodi, Joy, Tanya and Taylor!!

Say It Ain't So!

If you’ve already been over at The Greeting Farm blog this morning you know that on a happy note, it’s PREVIEW DAY (wooohoooo!!!), but on another note it’s a sad sad day for me (and Cindy). Today I’m showing you my last Farm Fresh Friday card as a Farmer for TGF. **insert big frowning face**

Thought us Farmers were lifers, eh? I wished on so many stars and birthday candles, but alas, our contracts are just for 1 year. And boy does a year FLY by!!

But it’s been the absolute best year and a half for me. When I got the email in March 2009 offering me a Gardener position, I had no idea what a wonderful journey I would be embarking on! I have grown so much in my craft, cultivated so many beautiful friendships and seen every room in my house fill up with stamping supplies (Mr. UPS man and I are best buds now)! I want to thank YOU all from the bottom of my heart for your support, heartfelt comments and friendship. And of course, Marie and Jess--words cannot express how truly grateful I am to the both of you! MUAH.

This is not the end of the road for me though…I feel there is something VERY exciting just around the corner for me…so I hope that you’ll check back real soon to see what that is. And until then, I’m having a little going away party for myself…see blog post below this one.

My Farm Fresh Friday card features Creeper Wednesday. And you may have noticed that on the TGF blog she was going out with a little more class saying, “this is how I roll,” but here on my blog she’s mocking me for being sad by saying, “Oh no! You’d better call the waaambulance.” Well, Creeper Wednesday…fine, call the waaambulance…there’s no shame in being sad today. Heehee.
The FAB sketch I used for this card is the FARM FRESH FRIDAY challenge for this week and it was designed by the talented Farmer Mercy. Both sentiments are from There She Goes Stamps, the paper is new from My Minds Eye called Blackbird, the button is Sassafras and the ribbon is Maya Road.
Thanks so much for stopping by today! I’m sending each of you a big virtual hug right now! AND be sure to check out the details of my BLOG CANDY below!!

Keep Rockin'

Hi Friends!
Happy Friday to you!
Today, I'm of course, back with another Farm Fresh Friday Challenge card from The Greeting Farm!
This week's challenge is a color challenge and it's one of my all time favorite color combos. Hawaiian Shores, Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss--aka Turquoise, Light Green and Orange!! AND you can use this color combo in ANYWAY you want to!!

For my card I chose to use Creeper Friday and pair her with Mercy Kerin's awesome Tuesday Sketch #87! Thanks for the inspirational sketch, Mercy!
And can I just say one more time how much I LOVE this color combo!! :)
The patterned paper is My Mind's Eye, the ribbon is Stampin' Up and Miss sweet and sassy Creeper Friday is colored with Copic Markers. Oh, and the 'Rockin' sentiment is TGF!!

I'm sorry that this post is short and sweet today...I had a ditzy story to share too (me being the dingbat), but then realized it might just be one of those things that is only funny to me! LOL! So with that, I'll just sign off and say Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you'll play along with us!! AND be sure to check out all the inspiration that the Farmers and Critter Crew have left for you over at The Greeting Farm Blog!!
Have a great weekend! (that's a lot of exclamation marks. heehee)

Cheers to the Eternal 29

Hi Friends!
Wow, time really flies by. I can't believe it's Friday again! Yipee!!
That means I get to show you another Farm Fresh Friday Challenge Card!!
This week the challenge over at TGF is to create a card and use a number. I don't really have a favorite number, but there are a couple ages that I really enjoyed. Hmmm, I think I remember loving being 7, 20, 21, 22 and 29!! And don't "they"' say that '29' is the eternal age...for a woman you hit '29' and you just stop aging? :)
Well, it just so happens that I know someone who's going to be celebrating her eternal birthday once again and this card is to celebrate her.
Little Creeper Tuesday is thinking...29, eh? With a sly grin.

For my card I've used, as I said, none other than the adorable Creeper Tuesday from The Greeting Farm's August release and sentiment from the Talk Loud set. I've paired her with some fun papers from K & Company, DCWV, and Fancy Pants Rusted Sun. And the layout is the FAB Mojo Monday Sketch #150!

I hope that you'll play along with us! Be sure to head over to the TGF blog and check out all the number inspired cards today from the rest of the DT! Have a great weekend!

You Rock!

Hi Friends!

I'm back with another fun card today! This is Creeper Friday (brand new from The Greeting Farm!) and she is my absolute FAVORITE in the Creeper Crew!! I was waiting on pins and needles for her to appear in rubber and now here she is! Yipee!!

I just adore her outfit, her hair, her style...everything! Okay, okay...I totally want to be her. :)
I had picked out this patterned paper from Basic Grey's Eva line prior to coloring the image, and thought it was so perfect for this Creeper. So then I wanted to create a fun and funky layout worthy of these super sweet elements. I decided to chop it up a bit and create some funky lines, as well as, incorporate my stitching. I also thought it would be really fun to use the little star 'bling' I bought when I was in Maryland. They are little faux swavorski charms from Jolee! I also did one minor alteration on her---changed her necklace into a heart.

And that's how this card came to be!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!
OH and I also wanted to mention...If you LOVE The Greeting Farm and you're interested in working with the FABulous Critter images designed by artist Marina Neira, then check out the Critter Crew DT call!! What are you waiting for, hop over there today!

Creepin in with a SNEAK PEEK

Hello, everyone and welcome to Farm Fresh Friday! We have a special post today featuring TWO brand NEW CREEPERS on the TGF Blog! Be sure to stop by and say hello to Tuesday and Friday! These WICKED SWEET new additions will be released on Sunday, August 1st during our 2-year anniversary celebration! Can you BELIEVE TGF is turning two?!?

Before we get to today's challenge, we have a SPECIAL announcement for you! Helping ring in TGF's second birthday is Tammy Maxvill, TGF's newest FARMER! Many of you are probably familiar with Tammy's work and her awesome 3D projects from back when she was a Gardener for TGF! We are happy to welcome her back and know that she's thrilled to be here, too! Congrats, Tammy!

We are also excited to announce, should you have missed it this past Wednesday on the CA&F Blog, that Kristy Young has joined Team Anya as our AUGUST GUEST DESIGNER! Woohoo! HOORAY for special announcements and for the beginning of these exciting Anniversary festivities!

Sadly, we are also saying goodbye to two of our Critter Crew members this week, Sandra and Sparkle! Thanks for all your amazing creations and inspirations, Ladies! Be on the lookout for a DT call coming SOON.

Let's get to the challenge! The wonderful MARY GILES has put together not one, but TWO sketches for you today, combined with inspirational elements we'd love to see incorporated in that sketch! Your mission? Choose ONE sketch and recreate it using the INSPIRATIONAL elements from the sketch! TWO years-TWO choices, TWO previews today! You get to choose!

Here are the sketches

The Farmers & Team Anya are gearing up for a HUGE 2nd Anniversary week and are joining forces ALL WEEK to bring you even more fabulous samples, ideas, and prizes! In fact, FOUR DT members have "hidden" Creepers up for grabs on their blogs today, so be sure and VISIT! We'll announce the winner on the TGF Blog tomorrow!

For now, I'd like you to meet Tuesday Creeper. I used Mary's 1st, more "edgy" sketch today and I just could not get away from the abstract inspiration of the window, so I decided to just go with it and do a window myself. AND it worked splendidly that I had some graphic 45 papers in my stash that matched Mary's sketch to a tee! I had a lot of fun with creating the surprise element to this card and using the Fabulous Tuesday Creeper to complete the look! TFL!

Berry Sweet

Hellooooooooo!
I can't believe it's Tuesday already! LOL, I know, it seems strange to say, but no one ever says that about Tuesday (Wed, Thurs or Friday maybe) so I thought I would try it out and see how it sounds. :)

On a more serious note though, I have a card for you today!
For this one I've used Creeper Monday again (available from The Greeting Farm). I just love her, she's so sassy!! And today she's SWEET and sassy! I've combined her with some October Afternoon paper and Prima Flowers for a simple, yet colorful look.

Thanks so much for stopping by today! Are you getting excited about the TGF Anniversary and August release? I know I am!! Look for those previews to start popping up by the end of this week! Until then have a great day!

What Color Are You?

Helloooooooooooo! I'm back from vacation and boy did I have a marvelous, memorable, AWEsome, super-fun time! Hopefully I can go back again real soon...cause I want to LIVE in my friend's craft room (heehee, there's a play house in the craft room...all I need is a sleeping bag). :)

It seems like I've been away from the computer for eons! I had a friend post for me on Saturday. And I wanted to thank Sparkle once again, for letting me join in on the fun for her grand opening. What a special thing to be included in! Congrats, again, Sparks!

AND since I'm back in bloggerland, I DO have a card for you today! This one includes K & Co. paper I snagged from Mary's stash (she said I could!) and some of that cool shimmer punchinella that Farmer Randi has been using. The paper was totally the inspiration for this card using Creeper Monday from The Greeting Farm. And then I found this super cute sentiment from Inkadinkado to pair with it, as well as this nifty Maya Road flower I picked up in an AMAZING scrap store in Virgina! I've also used this week's Mojo Monday sketch 147 for the layout. And that's my card!

Be sure to stop back on Friday for a really FUN Farm Fresh Friday Challenge! Have a great Day!

Sew Sweet

Hello, My Friends!!
It's Friday again (woohoo!) and you know what that means...another super fun Farm Fresh Friday challenge from The Greeting Farm!

This week, your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to create a card that has stitching on 2 or more layers of paper on your card! So get out your handy dandy sewing machine (or if you're like me--your needle and thread) and go SEW RANDOM!

For my card I chose to use Creeper Wednesday (who appeared in the TGF store yesterday!) because she kinda looked like a little seamstress to me. Of course, Miss Wednesday can't be put into a box, she does have many other interests and abilities, but for this card she was SEW perfect!! :)
I paired her up with Cosmo Cricket's Material Girl paper and chipboard, added my STITCHING and embellies, and VOILA!
I hope you'll join in on the fun! In the meantime, check out the fabulous samples that the Farmers and Critter Crew have created for your inspiration!

Be Yourself

Hello Friends! Happy Tuesday!
As you know, the first of the month is creeping up on us, so I'm back to show you another sneak peek of what's going to be in The Greeting Farm store for July!!

Today the Farmers are previewing a new digi edition to the Creeper Crew and Club Anya & Friends are showcasing what will be available in rubbah! Be sure to pop over the CA&F blog and check out Creeper Monday and Creeper Wednesday!
In the meantime this is Creeper Jack!
Isn't he FUN! I really like his style and that he's not afraid to be himself. :)

I really wanted to do something funky for his background. My first thought was to use Creeper Drummer as patterned paper and have Jack as a front man for a garage band or something. But when I decided to try out a patterned paper with Jack too, I ended up loving the look of that even more. And then I instantly thought of this shirt I have with the saying, "uniformity is boring" and I knew this would be a good match for my Jack card today!

The Creepers will be released on July 1st, along with the Chibis and Critters from yesterday's preview! And be sure to pop into Club Anya & Friends tomorrow too...because there just may be one more stamp to add to your July 1st wishlist!!

Until then, there's lots more to see from the Farmers and Team Anya today! Have fun!

Feeling Farm Fresh Sketchy

No more monkeys jumpin on the bed!! That's what the dr said! Or in this case Miss Thursday from the Creeper Crew. :)

Yahoo! It's Farm Fresh Friday over at The Greeting Farm and this week's challenge is a sketch challenge!! This fanastic and brilliantly simplistic sketch was provided by the fabulously talented and ever so sweet, Cindy Haffner! And all you need to do to enter this week's contest is to use a TGF stamp, Farmer Cindy's sketch and upload to the TGF gallery (details on the blog). I hope you'll play with us this week! One lucky winner will win a prize!

I'm very excited that it's Friday...if you couldn't tell! This weekend I get to do something SUPER fun---I'm going to take a COPICS class! And I'm so curious if I'll bump into any of my fellow stamper friends! It should be a blast. Have a great weekend!
