Just for You
BLOG CANDY posted HERE
Hello Friends! How is your Tuesday going? It's a beautiful day here in Seattle...and I always like Tuesdays because I get to look forward to another confusing/exciting episode of Lost (only 9 more episodes left!).
For my card today I wanted to showcase Wild Sprout Ebony. I used her for my "Down the Rabbit Hole" card a couple weeks ago, but I was just itching to use her again and pair her with some fun papers. Speaking of papers...I'm giving away some, so be sure to check out the above link!
Many of you mentioned in your comments yesterday that Basic Grey is one of your fave paper companies, well it's one of mine as well! I think I have a little sample of every paper line and I know I have ALL of the buttons...my name is Kadie and I'm addicted to BUTTONS! :)
So for this card I wanted to pair Ebony and BG Junebug and when I started flipping through the papers I kept thinking...Spanish Fiesta...and wanted to make it look like Miss Ebony was ready to party! To add to the "party" look there's a lot of Spica sparkle on the card that I wish you could see...alas, the camera does not pick up Spica very well.
You may have noticed too that she's not sporting her usual skull t-shirt. While I do love it when she wears this shirt and think it adds to her spunky personality, I didn't feel it went with the Junebug papers as nicely and wiped it off for this special occasion.
That's one of the many things that I love about The Greeting Farm stamps...they are so versatile...you can mix and match and swap heads and bodies and alter galore because they are all nearly the same size!
That's all for me today! I hope to see you back here tomorrow! Stay tuned...until then check out my blog candy!
